Hello from the Americas!

My name is Gozde Aksay and I've been living in Seattle, USA for the last 2.5 years with my significant other, Cagri.

I was born in the beautiful country of Turkey, and finished my undergrad degree there in the field of computer science.

Then Cagri and I moved to Vancouver, Canada to get our masters degrees. My study was on computer science+bioinformatics combined, and his was pure computer science.

After that, we moved to Seattle and Cagri started working at Microsoft. We've been living here ever since. During this time, I worked at University of Washington, Department of Genetics for 2 years as a visiting computer scientist.

And now I'm spending my time developing a website, which is a multi-user environment involving food recipes.
